Try and guess star value

Recommendation was to auto fill the star value with a guess based on previously entered challenges in that week.
Each week has the same number of 10,5, and 2 star challenges. So count the existing ones and populate the box with the highest value missing.

Also add a config option to turn it off.

• 4 2-point challenges
