RFE: support --override-as3-declaration for CRDs
Description
At present the feature is not available for CRDs. There are two main use cases for this with CRDs:
- Access all AS3 features
- Support AS3 features without having to wait for CIS upgrades to implement all the knobs
- Ability to create Data Groups
Actual Problem
At present there is no way how to create Data Groups with the existing CRDs
Solution Proposed
Support --override-as3-declaration which is only supported in Ingress and Routes as per testing and as per https://clouddocs.f5.com/containers/latest/userguide/config-map.html?highlight=as3#override-as3-configmap
