Add requirements.txt

This template does not include a requirements.txt, but has a dependency on pyflamegpu.

This could be added, showing how to use the wheelhouse within requirements.txt and requesting a specific version of flamegpu (or a range of versions, i.e. >= rc.4 but less than 2.1)
