`poster` not respecting `Super DOF` Effect

poster with Super DOF creates a 4x tiled image, no individual "tiles" are processed

The way super DOF works is inherently incompatible with the poster command. I can make it not be tiled, but it would just stretch the original resolution image, it would not make the image 2x the resolution (again, because of how Super DOF works)

The very reason this issue was made was to hope for a rewrite of sdof to support it by nature.

I am not sure that it can. It would need to basically be a duplicate of the poster command, with its own implementation that would render each quadrant manually like it already does with the whole image, and then stitch it all together.

The big issue that I see is that I am not sure whether each rendered quadrant would make any sense when stitched together. The effect is probably gonna apply weirdly, making unavoidable seams, probably in a very major way.
