Cannot Add Left Axis Labels

Hi Farshid, 

I am using your library for one of my collage project, Your chart is as same as i want,  but I can't add the Left Axis Labels for chart, 
can you please help me how i can achieve this feature...

Please Help Me , I will be glad.
