Feed Filter From Whom - Tag Selection

NOTE: this is only for the Tags portion of the UI - NOT the Apply Filter button, Clear Filter button, or the - icon.

ALSO NOTE: This does not include the functionality of actually searching using the selected Tags

• Selecting a tag will highlight the specified tag
• Users can select multiple tags
• Selecting tags will highlight them; clicking again will de-select them
