Detailed Description

During the DC X Days FOCUS Working group meeting, we identified an opportunity to improve working group operations by forcing the written documentation of contentious topics by both side, which can be reviewed before the next TF meeting.

Definition of Done

• Template with expected scope, rationale, and sample data is created
• Template is reviewed by Maintainers before being put into practice across the working group
