Newly added starter prompts via the flow overview will not be shown/require a page reload

Describe the bug

Newly added starter prompts via the flow overview will not be shown/require a page reload.
In sum, this is confusing for the user if the behaviour is unknown.
This is great for just taking a look, but only 80% to manage them faster w/o enteting the flow.

To Reproduce

1. Click flows
2. On the left of one flow click starter prompts, a new one, save, close
3. On the left of the same flow click starter prompts, see that all new ones are not visible
4. Refresh the page
5. On the left of the same flow click starter prompts, see that all prompts are visible now

Expected behavior

No page reload required to see newly added starter prompts.

well, you need to reload the page to fetch the new starter prompts so

@HenryHengZJ Exactly, that's the bug I noted.

• No one wants to check the new entries by reloading the page again and again, scrolling/finding the flow, and opening the modal again.
• This is inconsistent with the behavior when configuring the starter prompts in Flow directly and also with everything else that is configured in Flowise.
• This contradicts the WYSIWYG principle.
