This is an accessibility and testing issue. Since `aria-labelledby="nuka-carousel-heading"` and `<h3 id="nuka-carousel-heading" className="nuka-hidden">` are hardcoded, if a web page contains multiple carousels they all share the same ARIA name, it being the first the appears.
