Help me tweak freetube settings for externally played videos with mpv

So the issue I am facing is, playing the video through freetube set up with external player (mpv) plays the video in 360p resolution while I prefer the 720p. I have tried lot of combinations taking the help of AI suggestions, but none of them seems to work. in a similar set up when playing the video through MPV via Terminal streams, the video in the preferred 720 P resolution. Also, freetube initiated via Terminal and then playing the video through external player, MPV streams, the video in 720p but not when launch through GUI. help me diagnose the problem and fix it.
Here are some details of the set up.
Freetube version 0.24.0 (Home brew)
mpv 0.41.0 (Home brew)
device: M1 macbook air
The problem has arised right after I tried to set up the premuxed video formats as the preferred ones through ytdlp by adding commands, such as following
