Use new method from Google : stackdriver-prometheus-sidecar #30

Hi
I use your tutorial and it's working fine.
But you use stackdriver-prometheus image which seems to be obsolete and now superceded by stackdriver-prometheus-sidecar

Could you please update your tutorial to use new method ?
It seems that metrics are now read from external/prometheus
