Config option for cable loss #2877

Related Problem
Some people don't like the cable loss mechanic (me included), and would like to disable the feature all together. There are other features like this that can be opted out (maintenace hatch, research, assline order, etc)
Your Solution
Adding a config option to disable cable loss could be good. it could just set the loss to all cables and wires to 0. This would take off one of the advantages of superconductors, but the higher amperage would still be a solid positive point.
Additional Information
To not throw the loss idea on the trash, maybe wires could still be lossy, while coated wires aren't.
