CAPABILITY UPDATE: cronjobs capability does not use the translate variables subsystem #165
Description
Bascially this means that we cannot inject variables into cronjob files by using the €{VAR_NAME} system that customizer has for the filekey capability.
We need to adapt this capability so it uses this subsystem so we can inject variables.
