Matched triples are not reported when errors present #60
When some triples match and others result in errors, the match triples are not reported back until all the errors are eliminated. This removes the helpfulness of the tool for debugging purposes.
In the Bioschemas Metabolite example there are some triples that have matched but not reported and others that are causing error.
