Implementing the 2026 placeholder page!

- Implement the [designs ](https://www.figma.com/design/n8pwYsmLQLGoI9IqYMg867/-Design--Placeholder-Site?node-id=68-564&p=f&t=niU3L906J3tB3TDX-0)for 2026 in the `Placeholder.tsx` file for all screen sizes

- The link to view last years site should lead to 2026.hackbeanpot.com (this hasn't been deployed YET but will be soon :)) 

- Replace livesite home page with `<Placeholder/>` component found [here](https://github.com/HackBeanpot/core/blob/dev/apps/live/src/app/(landing)/page.tsx)
- Replace mainsite home page with `<Placeholder/>` component fount [here](https://github.com/HackBeanpot/core/blob/dev/apps/main/src/app/(landing)/page.tsx)
