saving preprocessing data

I wanted to save the augmented,... data , Actually I want to use only the preprocessing of Pymic on my own model.
what is the approach?

You can use the prepreocess.py script:

A configuration file XXX.cfg is needed for that script, where the configurations for transformation (preprocessing) can be set in the same way as that for model training.
