Currency conversion fails for currency units with GHG species

As described in https://github.com/iiasa/sparccle-workflow/pull/25 currency conversion fails for units like `USD_2010/t CO2 → EUR_2024/t CO2`

#### Expected behavior:
Currency conversion should work seamlessly for such units while preserving species information (e.g., `.../t CO2`).
