[Feature Request] Consider Porting WPE WebKit to iOS

Hello WPE-Android Team,

First of all, thank you for your excellent work on the WPE WebKit port for Android. It's a fantastic effort to bring an optimized WebKit engine to the Android ecosystem.

I'm writing to suggest and express interest in a potential future port for iOS.

Given the WPE project's focus on creating performant and flexible embedded systems based on Web platform technologies, and the success of wpe-android, a port to iOS could potentially offer a valuable alternative for certain use cases on Apple's mobile platform, such as:

• Providing a consistent rendering environment across Android and iOS devices using the WPE core.
• Leveraging WPE's embedded focus for specific industrial, kiosk, or dedicated application needs on iOS.

I understand that developing a new platform port, especially for iOS (which has specific constraints regarding browser engines), is a significant undertaking. This request is simply to gauge the community's interest and to encourage consideration for a WPE-iOS version in the project's long-term roadmap.
