Add more configurability to Inventory Manager

A simple change:

Add a config value to switch actual Inventory Management off (yes, I know that sounds stupid with the peripheral name). Basically, I want to be able to completely disable the addItemToPlayer and removeItemFromPlayer functions. The rest of the functionality of the Inventory Manager is very useful, those two functions just seem too overpowered for the server I'm running.

Describe alternatives you've considered if any

There is no way that I'm aware of to block those functions server-wide
