Stops mining past level 61 in forge modpack for 1.20.1

Description

mining blocks above Y:61 works just fine, however after that, it will just fly through the Y levels without breaking anything.

Hey! Are you aware of that Quarry 2.0.0 introduced a 32 block square radius around the quarry where it can mine? That setting can be changed in the config.
