AWS and other cloud providers prefix/datacenter information

AWS provides this list of Prefixes/IP addresses for each of their datacenters:
http://ec2-reachability.amazonaws.com/

Without going into the whole modeling of data centers, it would be interesting to have this data in this format:

(:IP)-[:PART_OF]-(:Prefix)-[:CATEGORIZED]-(:Tag {label: "AWS: us-east-1"})

That said while modeling this we should consider other cloud providers, for example Google has similar lists, and their geofeed data.
