Compile with android_camera input device enabled #118

Can I compile ffmpeg with android_camera input device enabled? It isn't compiled by default and when I try to explicitly enable it by editing scripts/ffmpeg/build.sh and adding --enable-indev=android_camera to ./configure I get a warning WARNING: Disabled android_camera_indev because not all dependencies are satisfied: android camera2ndk mediandk pthreads and android_camera input device isn't compiled. Quick google search made me think that I'm the only one on the whole internet, who wants to use this feature. Also I have 0 android development experience.
