add support for NetworkBehaviour

Currently NetworkBehaviour is greyed out because VS thinks that the class is never instantiated.
Prob needs the same rule as vanilla Monobehavour.

There is no problem in Rider with it, so I guess there is something not working with Re# Unity plugin (since you have mentioned VS).
