Fix Spark NLP example notebooks (#14620)

* fix: update and standardize HuggingFace import example notebooks

- Removed legacy notebook metadata that broke GitHub preview rendering
- Synced all notebooks to use locked and tested Spark NLP and PySpark versions
- Verified end-to-end execution in Colab runtimes
