Convert demos to Jupyter Notebooks and Pluto Notebooks

This is more of self reference note that I need to do this in next month. Convert all the demos to Jupyter Notebooks and Pluto Notebooks

Is this because they display better that way?

To add more interactivity is more the reason I think and it would be neat to make these available directly online(interactive) with nbviewer/glass notebooks etc
