[MPM] [Migration] Write problems

In the migration branch, the MPM app is broken

Check:

• Modeler for MDPA import: Wrong files
• MDPA contain no submodelpart:
  • must change functions in write.tcl
• mpm_solver.py:319 "Other input options are not implemented yet."
