new classical albums do not play

I get this error, the token stays empty, so I think a plugin issue. I deleted plugin reinstalled en login again. I deleted cache still the same problem, I deleted the credantials:

The logging at Plugins::Qobuz::API::_get (714) deliberately removes the token from the output, it doesn't mean there wasn't one.

When you say "I deleted the credentials" what exactly does this mean?

Coincidentally, I was playing the Penderecki album myself last night. Worked fine for me (then and now).

Are you able to browse the various Qobuz menu categories?

What version of the plugin are you using?

yes I can browse in the different genres. But classical playback stucks, mainly new albums. Error above is an error example and with credentials I mean the listening ID's (userid en loginid) in the error log.

Is it always the same albums that cause the error?

Do those albums never play or do they play sometimes?

ohh I should test that Sometimes they play when skipping the first track. This album "Penderecki: Piano Concerto 'Resurrection', Ciaccona (Hi-Res) Muza Rubackyté, Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, Keri-Lynn Wilson (2025)" plays from the third track. Also it does not metter or I acces through genres or the search option

When you say "things improved", do you mean completely fixed or just a bit better?

If you're still getting errors, please change plugin.qobuz logging to debug level, recreate the issue, then download the zip from the LMS log view page and attach here. That's much easier for us to work with than log entries pasted into messages.

Don't forget to turn the logging back to error afterwards. otherwise it will get very big very quickly!

And please confirm the plugin version you are using.

Got it, you can delete now, just in case...

I can't spot any errors from Qobuz, but there's a lot of noise from the ShairTunes plugin. What player are you using? Please try with a Squeezelite player (or a hardware squeezebox if you have one) , just to rule out player related problems.

OK, you're using Squeezelite there - is that the player you were using when some things were refusing to play?

yes that is the player I always use, it is only strange that it only happens with albums from the classical music genre.

I updated my picoreplayer squeeze lite to 2.0.0-1518 looks this solved the problem. Do not know how I can see there are updates on this one so it was a wild gamble

Hmm. The errors you posted a few minutes ago point towards bad/truncated metadata from Qobuz, so I can't see how Squeezelite would have an effect on that.

Where in the world are you? North America? Qobuz has various geographical servers which are not always completely in sync.

@SamInPgh can you successfully browse/cache/play the new release "Penderecki Piano Concerto 'Resurrection'?
