Handle Freekicks by the Referee

When there's a foul and a freekick is initiated the Referee should handle it.

What does "handle" mean?

Well, when a FreeKick is initiated by Referee these should happen:

1. Move FreeKick taker to the position of the incident *
2. Move involved parties (object and subject) somewhere else...
3. FreeKick-taker should either shoot or make a long pass, depending on different things
4. Then handle that shot or the miss.
