Your server having some problems with php sessions lifetime and it's not related to lhc :)

I has 2 different sites on server that use lhc, So can the logout from one instance make this?,
What do you recommend for lhc: Today i has, "session.cookie_lifetime = 0", "session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440"

It can influence unless domain is the same, you can set custom php session name in main settings.ini.php file

Only use custom php session name in main settings.ini.php file fixed it!
