I have a LiveHelperChat bot with existing triggers (e.g., custom collect attribute, send text, buttons with quick replies and etc)

Goal:
When a message doesn’t match any trigger/command, add AI-powered search:

1. Use Gemini to refine the query
2. Search Docusaurus docs via existing MeiliSearch index
3. Reply with:

   Found in docs: [short answer]  
   Learn more: [link]  
   

✅ Critical requirement: All current triggers/commands must work unchanged.

I'm sorry, but i don't get what you want in that scenario. This trigger would be a executed if user message is unkown. There you would have all that rag flow.

1. visitors writes message
2. message does not match any present triggers
3. unknown triggers goes through rag.
4. If answer not found in rag or matching score to low you do what you did before.

My primary goal is to integrate the AI-powered search (RAG) as a true fallback, but it's essential that it does not interfere with any of the bot's existing interactive elements, especially the quick reply buttons.

As you can see from my bot's JSON configuration, my flows heavily rely on quick_replies (buttons) that execute specific triggers (e.g., "Активация прибора," "Поддержка и Сервис"). A user must be able to navigate these predefined menus using the buttons without interruption. The AI should only be invoked for free-form text queries that do not match any existing text patterns.

The ideal workflow should be:

1. A user writes a message or clicks a button.
2. The system checks if the input matches any existing trigger (either a text pattern or a button payload).
3. If there is a match, the corresponding trigger is executed as it does now. The RAG flow is completely ignored.
4. If the user writes a free-form text message that does not match any text pattern, then and only then is the query sent to the RAG system.
5. The RAG system provides an answer. After the answer, the user should still see the menu buttons to guide them back to the main bot functions.

With this in mind, my request remains:

Could you either:
a) Provide a cost and timeline estimate to implement this functionality for me, ensuring that all existing triggers and button-based navigation remain completely unchanged?
b) Or, if possible, provide a more detailed guide with concrete examples on how to configure this specific fallback logic myself?

2. Do I have trigger chains from the custom collect attribute, if at some point a person enters information that does not fit the rules, will the whole chain go astray? 3. Yes, the problem has been solved. BE SURE TO NOTE: after importing the MeiliSearch bot configuration — [Bot JSON], you need to manually set the parameters, as shown in the screenshot in the instructions. Thanks Remi.
