Add Check for retweeted status from within retweets

Need to add functionality to check if a user we follows retweet has already been retweeted by us

Last implementation seems to have not worked for some reason twitter api isnt actually returning that we retweeted a status even though we did so we will have to waist a api call attempting to make the request
