fix: psp-1

- In the updated file, the CEP placement variants (CEP(R/P/S)), Bridge
Adapter definitions, and exposure modes are now part of the Core
Terminology section
- All normative property identifiers are being standardized to camelCase
(e.g., builtinsId, channelLatticeId, langVersion, schemesSnapshotId) to
align with modern JSON conventions. Where these names appear in code or
on-wire examples, they're explicitly marked as illustrative rather than
normative, to reduce confusion about field encodings
