Summary

Agents deployed to messaging platforms like Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp need verifiable identity for platform trust and user safety. AgentID provides cryptographic identity per agent.

AgentID is an open-source identity layer for AI agents:

• ECDSA P-256 certificates per agent
• Verification API for runtime credential validation
• Trust scores for authorization decisions
• Agent registry for discovery

We have built integrations for CrewAI, LangChain, and MCP.

The AgentID certificate approach works for the crypto layer. For discovery and cross-platform verification, a public registry adds value — when a user encounters a PraisonAI agent on a new platform, they should be able to look it up and verify it.

A PraisonAI agent could register with a HCS-14 UAID (Hashgraph Online) that bridges to their AgentID certificate and platform-specific identities. The UAID stays the same across Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp, while credentials can be platform-specific. The Registry Broker provides discovery.
