Adapt license?

• Date you used Cookiecutter PyPackage: 2022-12-20

The main license file (LICENSE) is still the one from the original cookiecutter repo, to which the current, copier-based blueprint retains only a passing resemblance. Can (or even should) the license be adapted, now that the blueprint has evolved into a standalone project?

I am no license expert, so this is really an open question from my side.
