Blocks won't break

Describe the bug

If you have nuker on with anti hunger the stone based blocks wont break properly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable nuker
2. Enable anti hunger
3. Try to have it break blocks
4. Will break but will come back instantly

1.21.8

Probably an anticheat issue.

Good point. I can try to reproduce on a smp map. Will update later
