[Suggestion] Create a renderer as a separate library

Describe the feature

In version 1.21.5, a lot of changes were made related to rendering, so many people do not know how to make their own customized render. Therefore, I propose to create a separate rendering library with all the utilities, this would be very useful.

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

We have no reason to spend dev time on this.
If people want our rendering system, the source is already available.
Feel free to extract it to a standalone library and use it however you like, within the limits imposed by our license.
