VF3P appears running on a single core?

`vf3p` appears to run single-threaded on my 8-vCPU Google Cloud VM even when I and launch it with `-t 8`.  
`htop` command (and Google Cloud Observability) show only one core at ~100 % while the others remain idle. Tried on different tests.

Make command for vf3p run successfully.
