Hooks break callstacks #89
Description
Title. Functions hooked by usvfs aren't (automatically) walkable by most software (i.e MSVS, x64dbg, ETW & so on).
This makes debugging/profiling stuff under usvfs annoying as it's both slow (in regards to manual debugging) and obscures performance hogs (in regards to profiling).
