video ads not playing

I'm having a problem with native video ads not playing. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

The video loads, and the poster image id displayed, but the video does not auto play, and clicking the video does not play the video as you would expect.

@MicahDavid I am also facing issue in video ad. I tried printing the ad object (i'm using the test GAM video id) but i don't see any video object in there.
