[Bug] Restoring DuoMobile by DuoSecurity (2FA app) fails with an error #969

Describe the bug
Just to be note: restoring DuoMobile by DuoSecurity (2FA app) with both checkboxes checked fails with an error:

Almost the same Android 12 version (only 3 month later security patched ROM), the same model of phone (Samsung Note 10), but a different unit - an attempt at restoring the application after the death of the phone and after buying a new identical model.
Expected Behavior
Restoring app without issues.
