[Feature Request] Option to make icon background transparent

Guidelines

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
• I'm on the latest version.
• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

Lawnchair has an option to make the background of themed icons transparent.
This makes for a very pretty and sleek desktop.

Proposed Solution

Enable option in setting to make the icon backgrounds transparent.
I'm not sure if this only works for themed icons, but with lawnchair icons or pixel material themed icons the background is the same for every icon anyway.
