The remaining deprecation warnings depend on a new release of setup_miniconda. @samuelgarcia Do you prefer to merge these updates already now or wait until we can update also setup-miniconda? |

Hi @samuelgarcia Since I don't know when setup_miniconda will be fixed upstream I think we should merge this PR already now. I will create a new issue to keep track of the remaining todo. |
