Only tested on one flow cytometer setup, as that is all I have available to me.

This means I can not test for example the effect of Lucinda Lanoy's changes to Program.cs

Behaviour may be broken on different setups (e.g. using smartgrid).

This error may have been pulled over from the version in cytobuoy/cyz2json, silently bringing in a bug

This touches on the need to keep this software minimal. We are already trying to serve:
3 operating systems
A mixture of instrument setups with various smart capture features
Potentially across generations of instruments
