Add LGT support #1782
Description
I haven't ironed out the details, but people should have the option to run the LGT engine locally in docker with WebODM, similarly to how they have the option to run MicMac (e.g. via some flag like --with-lgt). Being that LGT is not open source though there's some licensing details to be sorted out.
