Feature request: Syslog

I saw it got mentioned in passing as being a useful troubleshooting tool in #93 , but it doesn't look that it ever got implemented.

Is it possible to add syslog support to OpenGarage? All of the existing notification systems do work, but they're a bit heavy handed when there's a syslog receiver somewhere on the network to throw UDP packets at :)

Yes this is possible. I've never used syslog myself, but there are existing Arduino libraries that make it quite easy to add the feature. I will add it to our todo list. In the meantime, if you want it sooner, any gen AI (Gemini, Claude) can easily modify the code to add this feature.
