Add more documentation around how ServiceUI is not only not needed anymore, but not recommended. Same goes for ConfigMgr's "Allow user interaction" checkbox.

People could very well persist in using these tools and checkboxes because they think they're necessary, all the while they're weakening their security. We warn on ServiceUI because we can, but we can't do much about ConfigMgr so it needs to be documented.
