(phi0448.phi002) unable to bump record(s)

There are a few unused files in this workgroup so I'm having trouble bumping.

So far,

I have the Duncan translation as
urn:cts:latinLit:phi0448.phi002.perseus-eng1
but I cannot bump to eng2 as there is a Peskett translation assigned to eng2

Peskett was never published so I think keeping this as eng2 will be ok.

so I am bumping Duncan to eng3

I don't think I can modify this in the cite collections.

hi @lcerrato from looking at the CITE Collection tables it appears there are no Perseus English versions registered there (as I must have never cataloged any) so I think this should work fine.

I'm going blind. But I have no records for eng2 or eng3 published anywhere so that should be fine! Sigh, getting old man.

Yes, there is an existing eng2 which was never put online, so eng1 -> eng3. I'll update with the headers and metadata when I'm done.
