Add timed game exit to launchConfig #2287

This option will be specified in some time unit (microseconds, milliseconds, undecided) and once that amount of time has elapsed after opening the game (headless primarily, but doesn't have to be headless) the game will exit its runtime loop and gracefully exit.

The motivation for this is for CI, but QD commented on #2227 that there are other uses for this behavior.
