Fix file name typo in communications templates file name

   style: Consider adding a redirect in vercel.json from /handbook/growth/sales/communictions-templates to /handbook/growth/sales/communications-templates per the PR checklist ("If I moved a page, I added a redirect in vercel.json"). While the file was just created, the old URL may have been briefly accessible.

@ivanagas Not sure if I need a redirect when fixing this typo in the URL. The Nav item has the correct URL.
