Recommended modifications to the "About" page

• Remove the Capitalize option for the first banner: (the one that contains "About The QCBS R Workshop Series");
• Include accurate numbers for participants, presenters, contributors and coordinators;
• Add a dedicated section with all previous coordinators;
• Perhaps, include a photo of the current (and previous) coordinators (?);
• Maybe add a few more photos (?).
